We offer a flat shipping rate of $25.00 on all online orders requiring shipment, regardless of order size.

At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available.

Online Orders & Returns

All online purchases are final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on items purchased through our website, including shipped orders.

All holiday and seasonal sale purchases are also final sale.

In-Store Returns

We want you to love everything you find at Details! If an in-store purchase doesn't work out, we offer the following return policy:

• Returns must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• A receipt is required for all returns.
• Eligible returns will be issued as store credit only.
• Refunds to the original payment method are not available.
